Filip is an associate lawyer/patent agent whose practice covers various areas of intellectual property (IP) law including patent prosecution (primarily in the high-tech, software and mechanical fields), industrial designs, IP litigation, and commercial IP work.
Filip focuses on creating and commercializing IP rights. Filip has helped clients develop and manage national and international IP strategies and secure IP rights in Canada and abroad. Filip's experience includes dealing with a range of companies, ranging from large multinational corporations to SMEs to individual inventors.
Filip has a background in Aerospace Engineering and an MBA, which helps him understand clients issues from a technical and business perspective.
